Do you understand the black man’s struggle?
Dealing with all the stereotypes and the live’s they have to juggle.
Do you understand the black man’s struggle?
Not being able to get jobs, having to walk down the street wondering if they will get shot or robbed.
Do you understand the black man’s struggle?
Getting stopped by the police,just because their black males.
Do you understand the black man’s struggle?
Doing things they don’t want to, but they do it to survive, just doing all they can to live out there lives.
Do you understand the black man’s struggle?
90 percent of their fathers not being there, Or there parents are doing drugs and they don’t care.
Do you understand the black man’s struggle?
School only taking them so far, some even selling drugs to get those big expensive cars.
Do you understand the black man’s struggle?
When sometimes the options is have a wicked jump shot, or slang crack rock.
Do you understand the black man’s struggle?
More then half of them, with future’s that  look pretty grim.
Do you understand the black man’s struggle?
How hard it is sometimes for them, If you truly understand the
struggle of the black man, then lean a hand to raise these little black men,
help to educate them, just like I am.
